London, mad man stabbing pedestrians- one dead, five in serious condition
LONDON – A madman stabbed six people this morning in the streets of a neighborhood in north London. One of the victims died; five other people are in serious condition. The alleged perpetrator, a man of about 30 years old of Middle Eastern appearance, has been arrested: he is probably a deranged man. In a couple of hours, the assailant went wild in at least three different locations in the Green Lanes area, including a train station.
The series of incidents began at 8:20 am outside the Edmonton Green train station. The first victim was a 29-year-old man who died in the hospital. Within half an hour, five other people – four men and a woman – were stabbed in the street. The attacker moved from one point to another in the neighborhood by car: he got out of the car, stabbed people and left to repeat the attack not far away.
