Austria, explosion in Salzburg a serious casualty due to a gas leak

SALZBURG – Moments of terror in Salzburg, Austria. The explosion of a gas cylinder caused a fire in an apartment. One person was severely burned but the flames were quickly extinguished by the fire department.

The explosion occurred at 15.30 in the crowded Bachstrasse. On the site of the explosion, in addition to the firemen, several ambulances also arrived.
