Tehran has always claimed that its nuclear program is exclusively for civil use. Ahmadinejad is very explicit: the US “released a stray dog ​​in the region (Israel) and with this pretext plunder it permanently”.

As for September 11, it is not the first time that the Iranian president raises questions in a “revisionist” key, the same one used to feed propaganda doubts about the real existence of the Holocaust of the Jewish people during the Second World War. Last month, Ahmadinejad had raised the grievances of the international community by stating before the UN General Assembly that the US was involved in the September 11 massacres.
