ST. LOUIS (Missouri) – A 12-year-old girl from St. Louis, Missouri, confessed to the police that she had strangled her nine-year-old sister after a fight over a hamburger.

The law office of the city has announced it, affirming that only now it has succeeded in determining the cause of death of the child whose lifeless body had been found lying on the floor of the house last December 22nd.

The authorities managed to establish the cause only after the confession of the older sister, initially made to a social worker of the hospital where she is admitted for psychiatric problems.

The girl was indicted Monday. The authorities did not disclose the identity of the victim or the alleged murderer, but admitted that the motive for the assassination was a trivial fight for a hamburger.
